|LEOT School||Founded 2006. LEOT provides free English and Computer education to 300 underprivileged students, provides scholarships and community projects. High quality education. |Xayadeth College||Teaching done by two GVI volunteers per class. No curriculum. They only speak English (no Lao). GVI teachers change every 4 weeks on average. Students potentially understand the rough meaning but not the details and specifics.||$200 / 400,000 per 3 months||Map|
|MEC (Bright Centre)||Founded 2005. Use a Lao English teacher who ensures continuity over the whole year and volunteers who assist and support the Lao teacher. |ARDA English||In 2004, ARDA Luang Prabang Language Centre opened to serve the needs of the English language learners. ARDA Luang Prabang Language Centre also has a Lao language program for non-Lao speakers. Classes are taught by trained, experienced native Lao-speaking teachers.|
One on one Lao language lessons: $100 per month (4 weeks of 5 one hour classes a week)
Classes are in hourly slots from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and set by appointment.
English language courses run for 16 weeks, with 3 x 2 hour lessons each week
